| Netflix TV Show Recommendations |

After having a Netflix account for some time, I've come to realize that finding a good, well made show is sometimes hard to come by. So I've compiled a list of my personal favorite tv shows, each with a brief synopsis. Hopefully this will spark a new found favorite, and end in a very long binge session with a bowl of popcorn:)

1. Gilmore Girls - 7 Seasons

Although I never watched this show through Netflix (they just recently added it this fall), I can confidently say that Gilmore Girls is my favorite show of all time. It stars Lorelai and Rory Gilmore who live in Stars Hollow, a picturesque and quaint little town. The show follows the mother and daughter through all their ups a downs and coffee dates;) You'll enjoy all the eccentricities of the towns people, as well as the relationships that both women go through. If you're in the mood for a cozy and heartfelt show, Gilmore Girls is the one for you.

2. One Tree Hill - 9 Seasons

One Tree Hill is another show that focuses in on a group of friends who live in an idealistic little town. You'll be taken away by how even when faced with life's dramas and hardships these friends never leave each others lives. From basketball, businesses, and brothers you'll fall in love with this show and all its characters. I highly recommend One Tree Hill.

3. Psych - 7 Seasons (season 8 coming soon)

Psych is a comedy/crime show. A mix that you wouldn't think could possibly work. However, the quirky and comedic duo Shawn and Gus really pull it off. They run a psychic detective agency even though neither one of them happens to be psychic. Their agency also works with the Santa Barbara Police, however they are clueless to the fact that they're employing frauds. As you can see, if you're in need of a good laugh or a hard mystery to solve, press play on Psych.

4. Vampire Diaries - 5 Seasons

I know I know I know the  whole "vampire" thing should have died a long time ago, but Vampire Diaries takes this fad to a whole new level. It focuses around Elena Gilbert and her experience with the Salvatore brothers. They all go on a roller coaster ride of hardships, dangers, and loves but they never leave each others side. I'm not going to give you any spoilers, if you want to find out what happens, go to Netflix and start watching!

5. Burn Notice - 7 Seasons

Burn Notice is a thrilling and intriguing action/drama show. It follows former CIA agent Michael Westen and his journey of discovering who "burned" (not in the literal sense) him and why they did it. Along the way, with help from his family and friends he helps normal every day people with not so normal problems. It's a well written show with even some educational aspects. It will keep you on your feet and wanting more and more.

I hope at least one of these shows sparks an interest for you. If you have any recommendations for me, leave them down in the comments below! Keep a look out for more Netflix recommendations in the future as I will continue watching because, well I love TV and movies!!
